Charities

All the money raised from the selling and the viewing of my film will go to help some of the UK’s most vulnerable people and although I thought about setting up a fund I know that with my inexperience of the core problems and where the profits will be best spent am going to split in between the 3 main homeless charities in the UK. Crisis which was my original motivation for starting out on this film, Shelter and St Mungo’s.

Below there is a chance for you to help and get involved too with some great sponsorship opportunities and to get fit, have fun and help swell the coffers of these 3 charities that do so much good for the UK’s homeless.Racing to end Homelessness

Once again there will be a fast-paced relay race for teams of four taking place on Tuesday 4 June and the iconic 6 km run on Thursday 13 June. Both races start at 7 pm.

Join 2,500 like-minded runners, take to the streets of London and help us raise £140,000 to improve the lives of homeless people throughout the UK. Together, we can come one step closer to ending homelessness for good

Crisis want to raise £140,000 from the 2013 Crisis Square Mile Run and Crisis Square Mile Relay

If every person who take part in the events raised just £50 we would reach this target and could give a Crisis Changing Lives grant of £2,000 to 70 people. This would give them the chance to study or train for a new job or provide them with the skills and tools to become self employed and most importantly break the cycle of homelessness. –
